This Rich Facial Cream includes Apricot Kernel Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Vitamin E, Rose Hip Seed Oil, CoQ10, Extra Vitamin C and Tamanu Oil and is a great new addition to my skin care collection. 
This Cream is an excellent choice for delicate skin while adding essential vitamins and oils to help with scars, wrinkles and blemishes. 
 
Specifically designed for Body, legs and Breasts.  
Apply liberally to skin area, rub your skin (abdomen) with the cream in a clockwise, circular motion. You'll want to rub with long deep strokes to create "heat" by doing it. (So, that may mean rubbing your belly 80 times vs. just a few!) 
 
When rubbing cream into breasts, in addition to in a clockwise, circular motion around each breast, you'll also want to be sure you stroke in an upward motion too. Again, you'll want to rub with long deep strokes to create that "heat".
 
The production of heat does two important things: 
-It makes the oil more viscous. 
-Opens up the pores which allows for greater and faster absorption into the skin. 
Do this as often as you wish until you see improvements.
