Upon purchase of this Consultation, you will be sent Intake Form and Safety Information sheets. It is expected that you will read the Safety Information Sheet and complete the Consultation Intake sheet as soon as possible. These forms are relevant for proper assessment and evaluation of what is needed.  I will be available to assist with completion and/or answer any early questions you have about the process. These forms will need to be returned to me as a attachment via email, convo or in the postal mail as soon as possible. It will be reviewed it prior to our session. 
 
During our initial 45 minute consultation and after review of your information, I will contact you regarding details about your current concern. Together, we'll determine aromatherapy options to support your wellness. If a personal consultation, you will sample different aromas selected from your preferences (there are numerous oils that work for a variety of circumstances); if electronic, we'll discuss effects and methods of use for one or more blends that exist in the shop or can be created for your use that will be both appealing to your sense of aroma and therapeutically active. If you don't like the way your blend smells, its likely you won't use it. We'll discuss aromas from a variety of aspects to make sure you will be pleased with the aroma of your blend. Quality care and safety are never compromised.

At the conclusion of our consultation, you will be offered recommendations to select items or we will have identified a custom item(s) that will be blended for your use.

Within three (3) days we'll have your ordered item(s) Priority shipped to you. Within a week you'll be on a new path to improved wellness and relief. 
 
We will provide clear written instructions about how to use your aromatherapy blend and what to expect.
After acknowledgment of your receipt of your blends, we'll contact you within a week to check on how you are progressing. We also want to ensure you are utilizing the blend appropriately and storing it in the manner prescribed to maintain its active properties. I am free for questions during this time. There is no fee for these follow-up contacts related to the originally presented concern(s).
